Your new role
You will be responsible for building out the L&D offering alongside the Head of HR. You will manage relationships with external providers as well as develop a PSL of 3rd party suppliers. You will also be responsible for assessing the quality and relevance of the courses and material that they provide as well as pilot and onboard new suppliers where necessary. You will be responsible for internal communications to ensure the business is aware of new courses available as well as managing the training budget.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record of working in L&D within a financial services business where you will have been responsible for training coordinator and learning vendor management. You will be able to demonstrate how you have developed a PSL of learning vendors and how you have assessed the quality of the learning provided. It is essential that you are happy working in an operational role - rolling up your sleeves to get stuck in. You will be able to start a new role on short notice and commit to the duration of the contract. For the right candidate, this could become a permanent position.
