HR Data Analyst

HR Data Analyst - Permanent - Full Time- London - Data Analysis - Producing Reports


A global chemicals manufacturer, operating across 29 countries based in central London is looking to bring a HR Data Analyst on board to work on several exciting projects.

Main Responsibilities:


* Collection of data and providing analysis on both a monthly & annual basis. Data including headcount, recruitment, attrition, sustainability, and succession.
* Review of all graduate recruitment and development data and maintaining of records & reporting
* Overall review and development of all data sets with proposals on how this could be made more efficient
* Tracking of anniversary dates & informing C&B Director of these

* Support to Global Mobility Manager coordination of tax provider invoices etc.

Technical skills:


* Experience in HR Analysis and producing reports
* Advanced Excel skills
* Ability to work with large volumes of data with high levels of accuracy
* GDPR awareness and sensitivity
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent attention to detail
