HR Officer (Hethel, South West Norfolk), up to £32k, Flexible and Hybrid, Manufacturing Sector

Your new company
Your new organisation specialises in the manufacturing of high performance and light weight sports cars, sold all around the world. They are looking for 2 HR Officers, one based at their site North of Norwich (other advert), and one based at their Hethel base (this advert, preference can be explored).

This role offers excellent flexibility, hybrid working, and part time potential.

Standardly, you will work from 8:15-5:15 (Monday to Thursday), and 8:15-12:15 on Friday (38 hours per week, over 4.5 days).

Your new role
Within your new role, you will be supporting the generalist function, including the following duties:


* Supporting aspects of the Employee Relations and attendance/absence hearings
* Data Analysis
* HR Admin
* Updating HR policies in line with employment law changes
* Supporting projects and initiatives in line with organisational development and growth
* Ensuring bi-annual reviews are complete across the business as well as performance enhancement plans.
* Stakeholder management
* Advice, coaching for managers and employees
* Ad-hoc HR duties.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, it is preferential that you are at least CIPD level 3 qualified, but relevant experience is also considered.

You will be a self-starter, who is driven, resilient, flexible, creative, and capable of handling changing requirements and pressure.

You will have a can-do attitude, with the ability to handle, manage, and prioritise high volumes of work.
