We do this by investing in our people and their development. You can look forward to a rewarding job and making a real difference to our residents.

We are now recruiting for a brand new role and recruiting our Reward Lead.  This is a key post for us, as you will contribute to the development of our Total Reward Strategy to ensure it reflects both our organisational drivers and external market factors. We’re on a mission to be evidence-based and data-driven in all our decision making and this is a really exciting time to join our People Team as we look to develop and enhance our employment offer in a post-pandemic world.

As Reward Lead you will :

  • Lead on the annual salary and bonus review cycle
  • Manage our total reward approach ensuring the consistent application of reward and benefits policies and processes
  • Provide advice and guidance on all aspects of compensation and benefits
  • Manage external relationships with reward specialists and survey providers
  • Utilise your deep understanding of a variety of job evaluation methodologies and compensation frameworks
  • Seek opportunities to continuously improve all reward and benefit-related activities, regularly scanning the market for change and trends.

So, if you’ve got well developed knowledge of compensation and benefits frameworks, and have experience of developing a total reward strategy, join Optivo as our Reward Lead.

Flexible and hybrid working arrangements available – our interest is in the work you do, not where you do it.
