We are developing a new HR and OD team that will drive change in Lambeth and help us shape a culture and workforce that is modern, dynamic and representative of our diverse communities.

We are looking for two experienced leaders in both HR and OD.  As Assistant Director for HR you will lead our partners, employee relations and recruitment teams to shape and focus on how we improve management, recruitment and workforce engagement.

As Assistant Director for OD you will take a lead in shaping our new strategy and action plans, driving our learning and performance approach to retain and develop talent and embed new ways of flexible working.

You will need a good track record of delivery in HR and OD and be able to show positive organisational impact and leadership.  You will be working with senior leaders, union colleagues, managers and our workforce so will also need excellent engagement and influencing skills.
