Your new role
This is a newly created HR Employee Experience Manager who will report into the CPO, and will be part of the wider Global People Ops team. You will be accountable for designing and delivering a variety of projects to support the end-to-end employee life cycle to drive operational excellence, high performance, and competitive advantage (ranging from one off change programs to cyclical programmes such as Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Employee Engagement etc.) As a driven, forward-thinking, and creative individual you will be joining a company during accelerated growth at a truly exciting time in its development.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have come from a fast-moving fast-growing start-up/scale up environment.
Have demonstrable employee engagement experience.
Have experience of designing and delivering a range of HR projects.
Solid Operational and HR Project deliverer experience
