Working for a global business who operate in a range of sectors construction, engineering, telecoms, media and energy services.
Your new role
Working as the Senior HR Business Partner and operating at HRBP level you will deliver an operational HR service to your client group. This will include ER, recruitment, performance management, coaching and developing managers as well as working with recruitment to help forecast and workforce planning. Managing a small team of HR professionals who you lead, guide and develop. This role will initially be a more operational and reactive role and developing more of a strategic element as the role develops and embeds within the business.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have come from a fast paced and complex organisation and have experience of managing change
Experience of managing complex employee relations
Be CIPD qualified or equivalent
Experience of managing a team
Full Driving License
