You will be working for a well established transport company that have a large network across the UK. Working as part of a larger HR team, you will have responsibility for your dedicated business unit.
Your new role
Your role will be to provide HR advice, guidance and support to operational and functional management on all employee relations matters including grievances, poor performance, absence management, conduct and disciplinaries within agreed procedures, standards and timescales, complying with all statutory requirements and contributing to the achievement of people KPI's.
This is a regional role, with travel to sites accessible by public transport
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who is confident managing ER casework. This is a highly unionised environment, therefore you should be able to demonstrate your experience of working with unions.
