Senior HR Business Partner - Warrington - Permanent - Monday - Friday Fantastic Opportunity
Your new company
My client based in Warrington is seeking a a professional Senior HR Business Partner to join their team on a permanent basis.
You will be working for a large well know organisation in spacious offices. The organisation has a clear and determined vision in providing a first class service to internal stake holders, customers and staff alike.
Your new role
The main purpose of the role is to provide a comprehensive strategic HR service to a Business Division and leading and delivering discreet HR projects.
You will act as a true strategic partner pulling on specialist functions to ensure that operational people initiatives are met and delivered to a high standard.
The ideal candidate will develop and enable execution of people plans aligned to operational delivery of strategic business initiatives and plans.
Some of your duties will include but not limited to
Be a trusted adviser through creation and maintenance of excellent relationships with leadership team in area of accountability
Operate as a part of business area management team - attends key management meetings on a routine basis (not just for HR specific agenda items)
Provide the necessary challenge and influence on people issues by understanding the business strategy and priorities.
Responsible for developing and implementing HR plans that will enable the business to achieve its strategic goals and will engage wider resources in Business Services such as Business Change, Reward and Employee Communications to support execution.
Coaches and guides managers to develop leadership capability, maximise employee potential and promote career development.
Coaches, provides advice and influences leaders on complex employee relations issues.
Facilitates good working relationships between local trade union reps and business leaders to enable the delivery of BAU and strategic people change project activity.
Understands HR service issues impacting the business function, and acts as an escalation point to ensure that they are resolved.
Responsible for individual strategic HR initiatives/projects as required
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a proven history of being a HRBP minimum of 3 years
Have an in depth knowledge within unionised environments / negotiations etc
Be used to working at speed and volume
Have the ability to work with people at all levels, showing gravitas and pragmatism to senior stake holders
Passion for going that extra mile
