This is an exciting time for a senior Organisational Development (OD) Practitioner and Leader to join our Foundation Group and be instrumental in helping us ensure that the culture, leadership, management and engagement of the organisation assures the delivery of high-quality and person-centred care, supports innovation, quality improvement and promotes a culture of kindness, joy and inclusion.
This exciting role will work across the Foundation Group, working closely with the executive teams to support the development of culture that is characterised by kindness, engagement, inclusion, and innovation; supported by an approach of accountability, patient focus and performance delivery.
We are seeking an ambitious, creative, and inclusive leader with senior Organisational Development and engagement experience in large and complex organisations. We are keen to hear from those who have a track record of delivering world class OD transformation and strategic workforce solutions in large, complex, customer focused organisations.
Define, design and implement organisational development (OD), leadership and engagement strategies, plans and policies which are aligned with and facilitate the delivery of the Foundation Group’s Strategic Plan. To deliver these plans and interventions at individual Trust level in conjunction with each Trust’s People and Workforce function and Executive Team
To provide specialist expertise to the Trust in developing and championing positive organisational cultural change and development, talent management, succession planning and leadership development strategies
To lead on specific areas of workforce, behavioural and cultural development at South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust (SWFT) and George Eliot NHS Trust (GEH), including staff retention improvement projects, leadership and cultural development strategies and plans and other similar projects as required
Provide specialist expertise to the Chief People Officer at SWFT and GEH and the Chief People Officer at Wye Valley) and each Executive Team in the development of organisational behaviour, leadership, employee engagement and all aspects of organisational change and development.
Lead and line manage a specialist team of OD and leadership development practitioners in the development and delivery of aligned programmes, including the provision of team and individual solutions across the Foundation Group aligned with the Strategic Plan and at each Trust level.
