Your new company
You will be joining a complex organisation, preparing to grow by significant heads over the next few years. To ensure they get the organisation where it needs to be, a mass scale transformation programme is going to be taking place. To support this, our client is looking for a change management professional to join the transformation and change team responsible for creating a consistent change process across the organisation.
Your new role
You will work across OD, L&D and the wider Transformation team to create a change framework that aligns with culture, company values and the ED&I objectives within the organisation. You will communicate with a variety of stakeholders across the organisation and with external partner organisations to truly understand the impact of the change culture within the business, including the complexities of making change happen within a large, complex organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
Expertise within org-wide change is essential to be considered. Our client is looking for someone who has a proven track record in managing multiple change programmes, implementing change behaviours/frameworks/methodologies and ideally within a large and complex organisation.
What you'll get in return
Our client is open to where this role is based, you will need to travel to the Oxfordshire office as well as two other locations across the UK where your stakeholders will also be based. The benefits our client offer include 30 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), 20%+ pension contribution, up to 35% bonus and a car allowance too.
