We are looking for an Interim Senior OD Business Partner to support an NHS organisation immediately.
The Senior HR & OD Business Partner is a senior, high profile and influential post, which is an integral part of multiple divisional senior management teams.
The purpose of the role is to provide a strategic people and organisational development (OD) focus and direction across the business.
You will have overall responsibility for the delivery of a pro-active and professional business partnering service working closely and collaboratively with the multi professional senior leadership teams. You could lead on aspects of workforce planning and redesign, staff availability, OD, leadership, staff engagement and people management practices.
This is a Band 8b salary paying £54,764 - £63,862
We are offering hybrid working for this with only 2 or 3 days a week onsite in Kent.
You must come with strong OD experience in a large and complex organisation but this doesn't have to necessarily be the NHS.
We also need you to be able to start within the next 2 or 3 weeks
