Executive Search Consultants, Health

Location flexible across the North & Midlands (Manchester / Leeds / Birmingham / Homebased)

Salary £41,278 - £53,694 (depending on experience) plus bonus and benefits

Our Health practice is the market leader in Executive Search for the NHS. Over the last two years, we have worked with 150+ separate healthcare organisations as well as working with NHS Improvement/England at a regional and national level.

As a Consultant in our Health team you will work in partnership with our clients to manage projects and act as an adviser on leadership, recruitment, talent, best practice and industry insight. We are a welcoming and close-knit team. Directly supporting one of our Senior Consultants or Partners, your ability to manage and deliver multiple time-sensitive projects will be what makes you stand out.  There is no expectation to meet financial targets, although if this is of interest we have a career pathway for you.  What we seek is the ability to build trusted relationships with our clients and candidates, a strong team working ethos and a focus on delivering high quality processes.
