We are keen to find an experienced Payroll and Data Manager, who would like to be part of a small and supportive HR team, to work in a brand new role, working for a historic and iconic membership organisation, based in central London (hybrid and flexible working available)

Reporting in an HR Business Partner, this role will take full ownership of the payroll, pension schemes, benefit management and relationships, and be a critical partner in managing the HR team data, Key Performance Indicators, GDPR and various other projects through the year.

Key deliverables include:

 

  • Strong understanding and proven experience of managing a payroll
  • Experience of liaising with a wide range of suppliers and an understanding of various benefits packages
  • Up to date and relevant understanding of statutory, tax and legal requirements surround pay and reward
  • Experienced in reporting, managing data, accurate record keeping and regular management of KPIs
