£51,603 - £64,504 per annum  

For this role our client requires a minimum of 30 hours per week but able to be flexible up to and including full time.   

Salary for 30 hours £51,603 per annum  

(Full time equivalent is 37.50 per week salary £64,504 per annum)

Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a degree educated MCIPD qualified (or equivalent) HR professional who has experience of leading HR teams to deliver a comprehensive strategic service to staff at all levels. Extensive knowledge and experience of implementing organisational change is required.  

This role is key in ensuring that our client has the capability needed to continue to deliver outstanding Palliative and End of Life Care and meet its objectives, while ensuring that workplace culture, practices, and policies achieve organisational objectives in line with their values. You will be part of the Senior Management Team (SMT) and instrumental in contributing to the development and innovation of the business.   

Our client is an independent charity and winners of the Employer of the Year 2019 Plymouth Business Award who provide specialist care, advice and support to people with progressive life-limiting illnesses in Plymouth, Southwest Devon and East Cornwall.  

This is an exciting time to be joining them and to take the lead on their people strategy, the success of the People Services function will be dependent upon the ability of the Director to influence, inspire, negotiate, and champion their people plan, helping facilitate an environment where staff at every level have the capability, passion and drive to support their overall vision.
