Proactively identify and lead key regional projects, make recommendations and provide solutions on compensation policies and practices which align with RBC principles and local business needs.
You will be responsible for the oversight of the Compensation Salary structure and will be the primary back up for the Director of Compensation in respect of compensation advisory matters.
