My London based NHS Client are seeking a dynamic, confident and resilient individual with comprehensive employee relations experience, including MHPS, to manage their trustwide employee relations portfolio.

This role be on a hybrid working basis which is open to conversation.

Reporting to the Deputy Director of Workforce and OD, you will coach, mentor and train the employee relations team to deliver consistent, high quality ER advice and will also hold a small caseload of complex ER cases yourself.  You will be responsible for ensuring that all ER cases are managed in an efficient and timely manner and for providing ER metrics to the trust.  You will need to have strong experience and knowledge of best practice employee relations case management including MHPS and the ability to develop MHPS knowledge and capability within your team.  You will also need to have sound experience of working collaboratively with trade union colleagues to deliver a high quality and effective employee relations service.
