Head of Employment Services – Band 8b – Hybrid Working

As part of a continued investment plan in HR & OD, my NHS Client, an NHS Trust in West London has an exciting new opportunity for a Head of Employment Services, initially for 3-6 months. This is a newly created role where the post holder manages the resourcing and recruitment, temporary staffing, HR operational services, reward and benefits teams which play a key role in enabling the Trust to meet its operational and strategic objectives. You will be supporting the development, and drive the delivery of recruitment and retention, reward and benefits, and temporary staffing strategies, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and meet the needs to the Trust.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with the Trust’s senior managers, clinicians, and other key stakeholders to influence and drive service improvement.
- Develop customer focussed processes and procedures, developing high impact standards and quality controls for all aspects of transactional service delivery, building a platform of excellence for the customer experience.
- Support the services to identify, explore and implement opportunities for improvement, seeking to develop and integrated and efficient services which support the delivery of strategic workforce objectives.
- Ensure the delivery of resourcing and recruitment initiatives for the attraction and recruitment of high calibre staff at all levels within the Trust to meet our business need, ensuring they are delivered within agreed objectives, targets, quality standards and cost constraints.
