Learning and Development Manager - Media/Data - Permanent

Hays are honoured to be working with a leading media and consulting company based in London. They are looking for an experienced Learning and Development manager to join their team and take full responsibility of the L&D function.
Your new role
In your new role, you are expected to design, procure and facilitate training for global staff, and manage the development from this. You will be implementing different training styles including; workshops, e-learning and more, whilst contributing to the management of the company's budget.
You will be a person of contact when staff have any questions or concerns regarding these L&D plans and you will adjust training strategies accordingly. The role will be covering the entire Learning and Development remit, from strategy to execution and the company are looking for their newest L&D Manager to be able to execute the entire L&D strategy through their training.
What you'll need to succeed
* Poven experience of supporting technical staff within Learning and Development
* Experience designing and delivering training (technical, leadership)
* Strong, driven L&D professional
* Experience working with a Global Training Needs Analysis
* Preferred social research background
