Interim HR BP – c£55k & £6k car allowance – hybrid working/Midlands

This is an excellent opportunity for an interim HR professional to join a progressive organisation (c3500 employees) to support one of their divisions whilst they undergo a consolidation/integration.

This role offers flexible hybrid working – typically in the office 2 days per week and 3 days spent working remotely.

The role:

You will be providing support and guidance to the Regional MD and their Senior Management Team to deliver the new structure that will redeploy c350 employees into the larger organisation.

In addition, there are a number of projects that you will be involved with including a system to evaluate and monitor colleague experience for new starters.

The ideal candidate:

You will be an experienced HR BP ideally MCIPD qualified or equivalent, possess multi site experience, able to create and sustain stakeholder and colleague relationships, and who is available to start this contract asap.
