Recruitment Coordinator | Hybrid working | Salary up to £25,000

Your new company

An exciting new opportunity to work as part of a national recruitment team in a national health and social care provider. You will play a key role to ensuring we meet the needs of the people who use our services by helping recruit the values led and high-quality applicants. This Recruitment coordinator role is initially on a 6-month FTC basis but has scope to be extended or made permanent. Primarily a home working role but have plans for a more hybrid working model to be introduced.

Your new job

My client is looking for an enthusiastic individual who will work collaboratively and in partnership with recruiting managers. You will want to make a positive difference in people's lives and be open, bold, and compassionate. The successful candidate will be passionate about recruitment and will deliver an outstanding experience for applicants and managers. You must be excellent at communicating with a wide range of people and develop effective working relationships internally and externally. You will have good creative skills and be able to think innovatively and be able to effectively organise and coordinate recruitment activity in a fast-paced environment.

- Previous recruitment admin/coordination experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills
