Your new role
You will project manage the Global HR systems implementation. You will be responsible for setting up Access HR in this Global business, you will be responsible for data cleansing and input, setting up hierarchy and structure in the system as well as ensuring all country nuances for leave etc are correct. You will also be responsible for implementing the ATS module, as well as assessing the feasibility of performance management, succession planning and workforce planning modules.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need previous experience of implementing Global HR systems, Access People HR would be an advantage. You will have previous experience setting up system parameters, collating heavy information and cleansing data. You will also have experience working across multiple countries. You will be ale to demonstrate strong Project Management where you have set up a new HR system from scratch, experience of implementing an ATS is also essential. It is essential you can start a new role immediately, commit to a 3-6 month period and work remote from the UK. Flexibility to go into the London office is required as is early time frames to accommodate Global time differences.
