We want to implement a variety of initiatives over the next 3 years that start to transform NRW so that we we embrace diversity.

Our Board have agreed our strategy and this role will now help bring this to life working with key stakeholders internally. The successful candidate will have a breadth of experience in this area and be able to demonstrate using that experience to good effect.

They will have enthusiasm to see change, be able to work with leaders at al levels of the orgaisation. They will be able to provide EDI specialist advice for NRW and be a driver to embedding Diversity and Inclusion in NRW.

They work closely with People Management and Orgnisational Development team colleagues and have experience of drafting papers and presenting to senior managers.

Therefore the successful candidate will need to demonstrate good strategic thinking and have a proven track record of driving forward key initiatives within EDI function as well as across an organisation whilst at the same time able to deliver on a day to day basis.
