Job Details
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated People Advisor to join our small and friendly HR team, working for a leading charity supporting families and children. You will work closely to the HR Business Partner and Director of People & Culture, to provide expert, pragmatic and professional advice to a wide variety of stakeholders across the charity. You role will be to ensure HR matters are handled fairly and consistently by managers, in keeping with employment law, best practice and strategy and importantly within our values framework.
In this role, you will be the initial point of contact for employees, managers and external stake holders for general enquiries on HR, so we are looking for someone that has excellent relationship building skills. You will also be responsible for the HR Administrator, coaching, mentoring and helping to manage their workload. This role will incorporate the full variety of a proper generalist HR role, with involvement in employee relations, recruitment and induction of new employees, policy review, EDI projects, wellbeing, data and compliance.
