HR Officer (Ballymena)

Your new company
Our client is a well established manufacturing company, based in Co. Antrim who are currently seeking to hire an experienced HR Officer on a permanent full time basis. This is a newly created role due to the company's recent considerable growth.

Your new role
As an HR Officer will be responsible for providing customer focussed advice and support to managers and employees in line with organisational policies, procedures and legal requirements. You will be the main point of contact for staff, handling daily queries and escalating to HR Manager where necessary. You will work closely with the HR Manager on, recruitment, performance management, employee relations issues and employee engagement. You will build solid business partnerships across the business ensuring that we provide a value-added service.

What you'll need to succeed

* CIPD qualification
* Ideally degree educated
* 1-2 years HR generalist experience
* Ability to influence at a senior level
* Experience within manufacturing would be beneficial
