Your new role
This is an exciting opportunity for an Administrator or customer service person to move into a HR role or someone with some HR knowledge/experience - training will be provided. You can join the vibrant people services team in this is a busy role providing comprehensive and high-quality administrative service. This is a 6 month fixed term contract and can be done remotely. In this role you'll provide an efficient and responsive first line generalist support service for colleagues and Managers. As part of a flexible team, you'll provide advice and support to managers on people management issues including HR, Recruitment and Training. You'll utilise the systems to proactively support managers with key responsibilities such as probation reviews and mandatory training reminders. You'll manage the people services inbox and respond to queries as they arise. Prioritise escalations in order of urgency to ensure issues are handed over so cases / tickets can be closed.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll have experience of working in an administrative role within a busy department, including the Microsoft Office Suite and are able to confidently use word, excel, outlook and Teams. We'll also consider Call Centre candidates as this is a customer focused role. You'll need to be able to prioritise your work, you have a tactful, helpful and flexible approach. With the ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle confidential people data in a professional manner. You'll have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
