Your new role
Sitting within the People Services team, this policy-focussed role will be responsible for:

* Leading on all policy review/creation for the organisation
* Initial focus will be on ED&I policy - reviewing the organisation, identifying what is missing, benchmarking, reaching out to relevant 3rd party organisations, and then creating a suitable suite of EDI policies
* Work closely with internal comms team on promoting new policies and initiatives
* Develop training materials and tools to support staff with using and engaging with policies

What you'll need to succeed
My client is looking for candidates that can demonstrate very strong policy experience from identifying needs gaps in policy through to implementation. You will need trade union experience and excellent knowledge of employment law and policy.
