3 x identical temporary HR Advisor roles to join a prestigious manufacturer till December 2022 - Chichester.

My client are a prestigious UK brand and a leader in their field within manufacturing.

Your new role

There are 3 x identical opportunities for HR Advisors to join the business till the end of this year (December 2022), but there is potential for each contract to be extended beyond this point.

These positions will focus on Employee Relations (ER) case work, day to day management on SAP and offering advice on policies. This is a true generalist role with no 2 days the same - you will manage relationships with managers, present data and utilise Power BI.

This role offers hybrid working: 2-3 days at the Chichester office / 2-3 days home per average week. 40 hours, 8.30am-5.30pm (Monday-Friday).

What you'll need to succeed

You must be CIPD qualified (Level 5 minimum or equivalent) with experience in a similar HR role or function, with proven ability to communicate well with colleagues at all levels.

The ideal candidate will be immediately available (or on short notice) with a background in a manufacturing environment or similar, but other industries will be considered.
