Job Details

An HR & OD Project Manager job pays up to £55K FTE for 12 months leading business critical projects.

Your new company
A Surrey based Not For Profit with c700 staff across the South of England. Due to high volumes of projects, they require an HR &OD Project Manager to join them for 12 months, leading on crucial organisation wide projects for 3/4/5 days per week.


Your new role
Liaising with key stakeholders including HRD, Head of L+D, CEO and FD, you will lead the management of business critical projects that are both varied and wide ranging, including system implementations, business culture and learning initiatives, strategic plan implementations and framework implementations.

You will own the project timeframes and milestones, ensuring that relevant resource volume and value is allocated to ensure best success and adoption throughout the wider business. You will liaise with key stakeholders to ensure that project visions are being realised.

You will take a hands on, collaborative approach, utilising a "people first" approach, ensuring that real life practice and experiences are taken into consideration in any goal setting, making a truly inclusive project approach.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have previous experience in an HR setting, implementing people systems and cultural change. You will be a subject matter expert in Learning directives and driving uptake. Relevant qualification / demonstrable experience and successes in mid sized business implementations. You will be highly collaborative, people led and win / win focused in all change initiatives.
