Job Details

Interim / Fixed term Organisational Development research project to support an organisation evaluate HR data.

Were seeking and Organisational Development Professional either at a graduate/analyst level or through to fully experience Organisational Development Practitioner who would enjoy a research and evaluation project.

Working for a complex organisation you will be undertaking a review/analysis and reporting on People & Culture Data... Key tasks include

* Desktop review of people and culture data to create diagnostics reports
* Ongoing evaluation of the impact of OD interventions, e.g. action research, rapid insights evaluation
* Thematic analysis and recommendations/ reports
* Research into key subjects (academic literature reviews as well as grey literature)

The role might suit a postgraduate in organisational development/MSC/Masters or similar in who is looking for their first opportunity. Research and business writing skills an absolute must.
Or
It would suit someone experienced Organisational Development professional (perhaps an independent OD consultant)./ OD Professional.

The role is offered on either a Interim assignment via Hays or Fixed Term Contract from 6 months to 12 months potential. working remotely with occasional visits to sites in Hampshire.
