Job Details
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work at the Number 1 Sixth Form College in the North West (as ranked by the Sunday Times).
You will have responsibility for the HR function and HR team on a daily basis and provide a comprehensive and effective HR service to the Principal, Senior Management Team and line managers, In particular:
To provide a comprehensive advice and support service
To develop, implement and review HR policies and procedures
To ensure an effective recruitment, selection and induction process of staff
To ensure that the College is legally compliant in all its HR processes including the safer recruitment of staff
To ensure that the college’s safeguarding obligations are met in relation to our employment practices
29 hours per week, with the possibility of full time hours (36.25 hours per week), full year.
