Your new role
As the ER Manager you will manage a team of between 5-8 ER specialists coaching and developing them to deliver excellence at all times. You will work with the senior leadership to develop an employee relations strategy and implement this across the UK. Dealing with trade unions with pay negotiations, trade disputes and industrial relations management. Dealing with all complex and tribunal claims and litigation.
What you'll need to succeed
Due to the nature of the role, you will be a strong ER specialist with a strong background within 'Blue Collar' industries such as construction, manufacturing, and transport. Be CIPD L7 or equivalent Experience of working in and unionised environment Blue collar industry knowledge Experience of managing a team Experience of dealing with high volume and complex ER cases through to tribunal stage What you'll get in return
£60,000 - £65,000 base with 20% bonus, £6,000 car allowance Up to 10% employee pension contribution Progression opportunities
