My client a leading worldwide logistics company is seeking a professional Internal Recruitment Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis.
Based in modern offices in the heart of Liverpool's business quarter this is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional to join an expanding team with a company who have strong growth plans
Your new role
The position is being offered as full time Monday - Friday with a hybrid model in place, offering 2 days from home.
Handling all recruitment needs from initial requisition to final hire
Providing expertise and support to hiring managers ion matter relating to hiring and recruitment
Advertising a wide variety of positions across the full business
Sourcing / interviewing and screening candidates
Full onboarding cycle
Meetings to be held with key stakeholders to discuss recruitment requirements
Producing reports in relation to spend
What you'll need to succeed
Strong recruitment experience ideally within Logistics / Manufacturing
Used to working at speed in a ever changing environment
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong negotiation experience
Passionate about people and the service you provide
Fully IT Literate
