Your new role
You'll be the face of the EMEA market, representing the business experienced in sourcing and recruiting technical profiles. You will provide insights to key stakeholders, thus it's imperative you have the expertise on the market, and the ability to inform and support the SLT on policies etc. You'll be a self-starter, and can accordingly manage a busy workload, in order to effectively deliver, especially on key, sometimes niche, technical role
What you'll need to succeed
You'll have 5+ years recruitment experience with comfortable, if not expert knowledge on the tech market. You'll have worked in an international market of some capacity, thus knowledge of the laws, policies and practices of differences in the markets. You'll also demonstrate your proactive, eye for detail when working within this market
What you'll get in return
A salary of between 60k-90 experience dependant + benefits + hybrid working model and the overall exposure to a wide market within a highly established organisation
