St Paul’s Girls’ School is seeking an self-motivated HR Advisor to join the Human Resources Department. The post holder reports to the Senior HR Advisor and is responsible for providing a high-quality HR administrative and advisory service to the school community. The role holder will provide dedicated support on a wide range of HR tasks, such as recruitment, compliance and HR data and systems.

The successful candidate will be fully CIPD qualified with excellent experience of HR administration. A background working within a school or education environment would be preferred but not essential. They will able to manage a busy and varied workload, be confident to work on your own initiative and have the ability to bring a positive and professional approach to interactions with a wide range of internal and external contacts. Accuracy and an eye for detail are vital, alongside organisational and time management skills, to ensure deadlines are met.
