Your new role
As the Junior HR Business Partner, you will support the delivery of the HR Strategy and provide a partnering service to the line managers across the sites. Your key responsibilities will cover strategy, operations, employee relations, reward, and people development. Advising business units on an operational and strategic level. This is a great opportunity for a senior HR Advisor who is looking for make that next step into a Business Partnering role.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experienced of working with blue collar workers with high volume ER and coaching and developing line managers. Full driving license Proven track record in generalist HR Generalist HR Support Some exposure to the wider HR function including Payroll, Reward and H&S would be advantageous What you'll get in return
