We have a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced People Systems and Information Officer to join our People and Culture team.
You will be the custodian of the People systems that support training, recruitment, employee engagement and payroll across the organisation and will play a leading role in all matters relating to the systems, producing effective and accurate metrics and reports on all aspects of the employee lifecycle. You will review and evaluate our current People systems to ensure we are using them effectively and explore new opportunities and areas for improvement to meet the Halls requirements. As the first point of contact for People system queries, you will provide a friendly, efficient and professional service to your colleagues and you will enjoy helping others to get the most out of the systems.
To be successful in this busy and challenging role, you will have previous experience of using iTrent and have demonstrable experience of improving processes and system functionality. You will enjoy working with data relating to people metrics, including pay, and have a meticulous eye for detail and accuracy. You will have a positive, can-do approach and an aptitude for genuine and engaging customer service.
