Your new role
Working with the wider Organisational Development team and HR Manager to formulate and implement OD initiatives. You will oversee the creation and delivery of mandatory training, internal workshops, global induction, consultations, 1:1 coaching, advisory services as well as project management, while working hand in hand with the HRBP's. Covering areas include: OD Partnering, Internal Learning & Development, Organisational Effectiveness, Assessment Evaluation & Reporting, end to end Project Management.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in Organisational Development, Learning & Development, Talent Management or equivalent Experience of creating and facilitating virtual and face to face training Proven experience of managing projects from start to finish Experience of delivering virtual training as well as face to face training sessions
