Your new role
Working as the HR and L&D Business Partner for this leading luxury property developer you will take a lead on all Learning & Development activities and provide operational HR support to the business on a day to day basis, defining the people-related processes and culture. You will cover key areas including Strategy, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Succession & Performance Management Culture & Values, Talent Retention, L&D, Compensation and Benefits and Payroll. The HR Business Partner will work with allocated teams, managers and key stakeholders to help build organisation and people capability, shape and implement effective people strategies and activities within the organisation. You will cover the employee life cycle and champion the employee value proposition ensuring that the organisation attracts, recruits, trains, rewards, motivates and retains a successful team.
What you'll need to succeed
4-6 years of HR or L&D Business Partnering experience with a focus on talent management and Learning & Development
Experience in developing and supporting staff and line managers through development, and succession planning.
Ideal candidates will have large organisation and SME experience to be able to balance the needs and demands of a small business and have seen the benefit of a large company offering.
CIPD qualifies or equivalent
