Permanent HR & Payroll Systems Manager Role, Milton Keynes, £42,000-£48,000

A fantastic opportunity, a permanent, newly created, HR & Payroll Systems Manager role, within a rapidly growing, customer centric, commercial organisation, who value hybrid and remote working.

Your new role
As an HR & Payroll Systems Manager, you will report to the Head of implementation and will be responsible for managing the day-day management of a small Payroll and Systems team of about 3 and supporting with the migration of their clients from a legacy Payroll system to a bespoke itrent system.
Responsibilities will include:
End to End responsibility for the Migration of client payrolls from the current system to the bespoke itrent system.
Day to day support and line management of a small team of Implementation Specialists
A complete understanding of the Data Migration process, including extraction, loading and formatting of data for the itrent system.
Work closely with the System Administration Team to ensure fixes are reported and followed through to completion as required
Support the project team in rolling out the Premium and Platinum package functionality to clients in line with the agreed project plan
Balance and check Data Migration figures
Assist in Unit Test Build for Payroll
Take part in process change workshops
Support BAU and the project team through parallel runs
Help to reconcile parallel runs.
Become iTrent Super User/System Administrator for Payroll

What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience either as an HR & Payroll Systems Manager who has managed a small team or as an HR Generalist who has managed a small team and implemented a number of HR systems and is keen to get into an HR Systems Specialist role. You must also have experience of processing Payroll.
