We are working with a great, Witney based organisation to appoint an experienced HR Manager. Reporting into the group function, you will line manage a HR Administrator and work closely with heads of department across the business. This id a full time, permanent opportunity that will be based on site at the Witney office.
Your new role
You be providing both strategic and operational support to the UK business. Working closely with employees at all levels, providing advice on policy and procedure. You will support and coach managers to help them develop their teams, including exploring new channels for recruitment. You will work with the rest of EMEA to deliver on strategy, adapting this to local needs. This is a fantastic generalist opportunity to join a business that is passionate about employee experience.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced generalist who has previously worked at HR Manager level. This is a busy and varied role so the ability to effectively prioritise your workload is essential.
