Your new role
An exciting interesting and varied role has arisen due to a recent promotion creating an opportunity to join a busy HR team as HR Administrator. Working alongside four other permanent members of the team, you will provide excellent administrative support across all areas of HR activity especially in recruitment and new starter administration. You will assist in the management of applicants, supporting through to offer, undertake pre-employment checks and create new starter profiles on our HR systems. You will also support training administration. In addition, you will also maintain current records for staff (changes to contracts, pay reviews, annual leave, absence management, pension updates etc.)
4-5 days per week.

What you'll need to succeed
We are open candidates with transferable skills looking to move into their entry level HR role but equally open to someone with experience keen to join a great team with flexible and pragmatic approach. Perhaps you're looking to return to working following a career break. The key requirement is that you are experienced in providing an efficient and effective administration service within a busy working environment with deadlines. This HR team works a hybrid model of part office and part home working. To begin with you will be predominantly office based but as you gain experience, you will be able to work some of your time from home. Given this, whilst you will always receive regular support and guidance from your HR colleagues, you will be comfortably working autonomously, using your own initiative to prioritise and complete a variable and high-volume workload whilst maintaining accuracy.
