Job Details

My Charity client based in Camberwell, London is looking to recruit a Volunteer Manager to join their organisation. They recently set-up and established a volunteer offering recently which was supported by an internal member of staff who was seconded across.

The ideal candidate with have some experience in volunteer management, be able to attract & recruit as well as lead on their onboarding, training and inductions.

Currently the charity has between 100 & 200 volunteers on their books, some of which have been service users from the charity themselves.

You will be based on site in Southeast London 2-3 days a week with remote working for the rest.

Salary is £32,867 + 29 days annual leave + 6.5% pension contribution by the employer.
