We are a small trust of 4 schools who came together with a common belief that children should always be at the heart of decisions made in education. Over the years, we have evolved and  developed to create a truly collaborative model, where all schools work together to achieve the best possible outcomes for children and families – academically, socially and emotionally.

Our values and beliefs apply equally to our employees. We want staff to feel happy and to achieve their ambitions; to inspire our children to learn and grow; to collaborate for the good of all our children and staff.  We very much value our employees, we celebrate their individuality and invest in them, recognising that we are a team that achieves together.
