We are looking for a HR Partner to support the HR provision in our Trust.

The role of HR Partner requires an individual who holds a minimum CIPD Level 5 qualification and experience and knowledge in all aspects of HR including employment law, employment terms, equality and diversity and HR processes within the education sector, instilling confidence and trust in your judgement and advice.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate experience of working in a demanding environment and the ability to work in an independent, organised and methodical manner. They will need to demonstrate an ability to manage and prioritise their own workload whilst supporting the other members of the team and Headteachers.

Actual salary is pro-rata to 22.5 hours and term time plus one week equivalent hours (including annual holiday entitlement). Flexible hours to be discussed and agreed with the successful candidate, and as required to meet the needs of Trust. This role may require a small element of evening work to accommodate the needs to the schools and the Trust.
Actual salary: £14,937 - £18,189 which is pro-rata to hours and term time plus one week equivalent hours (including annual holiday entitlement).
