I am currently recruiting to an Interim Learning & Development Project Lead role in a renowned Women’s Charity on an initial 4-month fixed term contract. You will need to be available to start within 2 weeks and there is a requirement for all staff to be female due to the nature of the charity and the service that it provides.

The role will pay £300 - £400 per day (depending upon experience) through an umbrella company and will be full time. You will report to the Interim Director of People & Culture.

Your role will lead on all Learning and Development initiatives and related projects including: -

• Updating and implementing the induction programme for staff, trustees and volunteers
• Supporting putting in place a standard infrastructure including a suite of e-learning and EDI etc training to fit the organisation
• As the new appraisal system is rolled out over the summer, you will also support in ensuring all Training Needs Analysis is carried out
• Roll out use of the apprenticeship levy funds
• Arrange Mental Health First Aid training
• Develop Managers using briefing sessions

You will be a dynamic and creative Learning & Development specialist who has the skills to influence whilst being sensitive to the touch points across the organisation with the key stakeholder groups of staff, trustees and volunteers.
