An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior HR Business Partner to join the People team on a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months.
Join our team and you’ll work in partnership with senior leadership teams from across the business to provide coaching, support and influence that enables key stakeholders to effectively deliver their business plans.
As a Senior HR Business Partner, your focus will be strategic interface between senior leadership teams and the people team to deliver the people strategy.
You’ll provide a consultancy service that delivers best practice and commercially focused solutions that support the business areas in conjunction with specialist people teams as well as HR expertise, to business areas with their own specific needs. Building effective relationships with stakeholders at the highest level, you’ll drive, influence, advise and support the cultural and people aspects of our business, drawing on your experience of organisational change and structuring to improve the way we work from top to bottom.
Insightful and resourceful, you’ll know what it takes to balance legal risk with business risk, and you’ll fully understand how important it is to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. You will have a relevant people management degree or equivalent qualification as well as proven experience of practical application of HR theory, supporting HR strategies and influencing at board level. It’s also imperative that you have experience of seeing the bigger picture, particularly when it comes to advising on complex employee relations matters.
