We have an amazing opportunity for an aspiring HR Business Partner to join our commercial client.
Your new role
You will help scope and deliver HR initiatives which drive a consistent and engaging employee experience and provide ongoing support in all people matters.
Balancing priorities and project work with the emerging and immediate needs of the business in line with strategy
Have an ability and curiosity to scope complex tasks and project work and drive execution of the task and / or project work through to completion
Works closely with the HRBP's to continually review our processes and ways of working to support continuous improvement
Manage the employee Your Voice Counts (YVC) Forum across business area
Lead the Social committees and activities within the UK
Lead the global MMM & Corporate STAR programme and related recognition schemes to ensure a consistent approach and one that meets the needs of the teams
Champion and manage processes and communications related to the HR System
Manage all well-being initiatives across our multiple sites
Support HRBP with diversity and inclusion initiatives Ensure HR communications are consistent across all areas and manage/support with communication events
Coach, support and challenge managers in their application of HR policies ensuring ER case management is in place to support each team and ensure compliance to policy and Employment law
Support in managing change programs and initiatives
Provide expert guidance regarding people issues to reduce risk and financial exposure
Provide HR guidance to conclude long term absence and reduce short term absence
Support with recruitment and learning and development deliverables as required by subject matter expert Use management data insight to inform forward planning to support the wider HR team e.g. turnover, exit interviews and new starter interviews
Delivery of Induction to all new starters
What you'll need to succeed
Solid understanding of employment law practices
Proven HR experience Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
Excellent influencing, relationship building and communication skills
Able to take full responsibility and ownership for their actions, hands-on and can-do attitude
