People Services Manager - £45-55k – Hybrid working/Coventry
This is an excellent opportunity to join an organisation (c3500 employees) that is experiencing growth both generically and by acquisition.
Reporting to the HR Director, you will be leading a small HR team to manage the employee life cycle and provide transactional excellence.
Key aspects include supporting the Resource team, producing starter details, offer letters, changes to salary & bonus, supporting managers and providing the initial paperwork for D&G, taking up references and managing the relevant MI data.
The ideal candidate will be an HR professional who enjoys managing and supporting transactional, administrative and ER issues, and developing a team to provide an excellent service to colleagues and the business.
