Associate Director of People

• Talent for inspiring and motivating people teams, with a track record of delivery

• Demonstrable experience of managing complex Employee Relations casework

• Experience of working with leadership teams across the trust and wider system

• Willingness to learn and assimilate information quickly—in particular the medical workforce agenda
