L&D Manager – 12 month FTC – £50k – Hybrid/West Midlands

This is a great opportunity to join a growing business services organisation (c600 employees) as their L&D Manager for 12 months covering for mat leave.

Managing a small team, your role will be to lead, design and deliver a number of modules to the management population across the business – approximately 50% of your time will be spent on delivery, primarily via Teams.

You will also be working with and managing external providers and utilising a well established LMS system.

The ideal candidate with be an experienced L&D professional who will be available to commence this 12 month FTC in late August/early September.
